Join us for the fabulous Farm to Table Winemaker Dinner, where local and visiting chefs create a stunning multi-course meal using ingredients sourced as locally as possible from within and nearby the Gunnison Valley, which is no easy feat at 8,909' above sea level, but when done as well as this team can do it, is an experience of Rocky Mountain cuisine like no other.
Tonight's dinner features the culinary creations of top chefs from Denver and Dallas, hosted by local Chef David Wooding. Visiting chefs include Chef Tom Coohill (Coohills, Denver), Chef Max MacKissock (Bar Dough, Denver), Chef Michael Marsee (Hogwood BBQ, Crested Butte), and Chef John Tesar (Knife, Dallas).
The dinner is paired with wines from Donelan Family Wines, with Cushing and Tripp Donelan joining the event to talk about the food and wine pairings.
