Join us for a series of TED-style short talks with thought-leaders and experts from across the country exploring the critical issues around building a more sustainable food system for all, including changing how we think about meat, the state of our fisheries and oceans, how chefs are using their influence beyond the four walls of their kitchens and restaurants, and making fresh, locally grown fruits and vegetables affordable and accessible to everyone. Short talks will be followed by a panel discussion, Q & A, and refreshments. These talks are appropriate for both food & wine professionals and the general public.
This is a free seminar but requires a ticket for entry.
